Good evening, all,
We arrived at the mission around 8:30 p.m., learned about our main site and a little about the church at which we'll be living, and had dinner. We will be working together tomorrow on one site. Jobs at the site include putting up new ceiling tiles, flooring, demolishing an old porch, and moving and sorting through a collection of possessions, determining what we can save. It sounds like a daunting task, from what Dan Peddicord tells me of the site. It sounds like an immense amount of work, but no one is deterred in the least.
Tomorrow, some of our students will be blogging about their experiences.
